      OK, ale patrząc na komentarze spodziewaliśmy się wielkiego WOW. Byliśmy tam prawie pół roku temu, może teraz się coś zmieniło.
      Obsługa w przypadku problemów z rezerwacją (na jedną godzinę zapisane dwie drużyny) rozkłada ręce .

      Wielkie WOW to pojęcie względne ;-) Nie mieliśmy nigdy sytuacji awaryjnych w których sobie nie poradziliśmy. Ciężko jest zabrać stanowisko w przypadku opinii sprzed blisko pół roku. Obecnie mamy 5 pokoi, które funkcjonują bez zarzutów. W przypadku rezerwacji na jeden pokój dwóch grup (zdarzyło się może 3 razy, że ktoś nie potwierdził rezerwacji klikając w link otrzymany na maila) proponujemy inny wolny pokój lub termin. Pierwszeństwo zawsze ma osoba, która rezerwację potwierdziła. Przypuszczam, że chodzi właśnie o taką kwestię, a na to niestety nie mamy wpływu. Pozdrawiamy zespół HER

      Przeciwstawne odczucia... z jednej strony fajne zagadki, chociaż niektóre bardzo matematyczne. Fajny pomysł na pokój i dobrze przemyślany, ale brakuje dopracowania szczegółów i dbałości o utrzymanie ... czystości i porządku. Wiem, brzmi to dziwnie, ale jak po kilku minutach przebywania w pokoju medycznym masz brudne dłonie to odechciewa Ci się przeszukiwać sterty pozostałych rekwizytów. Bardziej pasowałaby tu nazwa 'opuszczony pokój medyczny'.

      Poczyniliśmy pewne zmiany wystroju oraz wyposażenia pokoju, dzięki którym zabawa może sprawiać jeszcze większą przyjemność i to przez cały czas gry! :)
