Mocno średni pokój.

Jakiś potencjał jest, jednak zagadki niezbyt dopracowane. Zwracamy szczególną uwagę na obsługę, tutaj nieco się zawiedliśmy, Pani spóźniła się 10 minut, po czym na szybko "odbębniła" formułkę i wpuściła nas do pokoju. W tym przypadku niestety ranking oddaje wartość pokoju.

Rozczarowanie.

To był nasz 18 pokój, więc nie oczekiwaliśmy ani rewelacyjnych rozwiązań ani zagadek na wyśrubowanym poziomie. Przyzwyczajeni jednak byliśmy do innej jakości podejścia do klienta, gdyż 50% atmosfery tworzy obsługa. Pan w ramach wprowadzenia do pokoju zasugerował nam rozwiązanie zagadki w określony sposób, grupie w pokoju obok podawał głośno kod do kłódki (!!!), był nieprzyjemny i chyba pracował tam za karę. Pokój jak na pierwszy raz pewnie byłby ok, mimo iż straciliśmy 10 minut na to że ostatnia zagadka była wadliwie zaprojektowana- ale oczywiście do pokoju wpada miły Pan i nam to oznajmia.
Podpowiedzi poprzez wchodzenie do pokoju niszczą atmosferę, pierwszy raz się z tym spotkaliśmy.
100 zł za 25 min zabawy to mocna przesada, Pan obsługujący z podejściem do klienta jak do wroga koniecznego, zagadki proste (nie uważamy tego za wadę). Najbardziej boli fakt że mają jeszcze 3 pokoje do których chcieliśmy pójść, ale po wczorajszym doświadczeniu zmieniliśmy zdanie.
