Program Team 2024
Work on this year's edition of the Champ had already begun at the end of 2023, when we opened recruitment for the Program Team. As you probably already know, the Program Team is the crew that works with us on the puzzles and storyline of the Championship. Previous years have shown us that working with other puzzle developers has had a positive impact on the reception of the Championship and your enjoyment of the games. The upcoming edition will be the third in which we have invited outsiders to co-create puzzles.
Every Wednesday on our Facebook page we will introduce you to the next members of Program Team 2024. You can already meet Bartek there, who will once again be creating ER Champ with us.
ER Champ fans have chosen the storyline for this year's games
This year we decided to give the decision of choosing the storyline to you - the fans and players. On our discord ER Champ - World Escape Room Championship, to which we are inviting you, we published an anonymous one-choice poll, in which more than 180 users participated. There were 7 storyline suggestions to choose from, proposed by our Program Team this year, and the winning story was titled "TV-Maniacs".
"TV-Maniacs" is the story of a couple telemaniacs who spend their days in front of their beloved TV set. Due to an inexplicable event, they are transported to the TV world and cannot get out of it. We will soon reveal to you more details of this year's plot and work progress!
