Lockme allows you to cancel a reservation made on the site yourself. Below you will learn where to find your reservation and how to cancel it.
Where to find your reservations?
- Log in to your Lockme account.
- Click on the menu icon in the upper right corner.
- Select "Your Profile" from the list.
- In the profile menu, go to the "Orders" tab.
How to cancel a reservation?
When you open the details of the reservation, if cancellation is possible, you will see the "Cancel and refund" button.
- Click the "Cancel and refund funds" button.
- Confirm your decision to cancel.
- After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important information
- The cancellation policy is determined by the escape room with which you make the reservation.
- Cancellation is tantamount to submitting to the escape room, where the reservation was made, a statement of withdrawal from the contract concluded remotely.
- If there is no "Cancel and refund" button at the time of booking, it means that online cancellation is no longer available. In this case, contact room service directly. You can find the contact information in the order details.
