I won't forget my visit to this room!
Although the room is very easy (40 minutes / 2 people / no clues) it has a very unique decoration & theme so it's really worth playing.
They have a very big & nice reception hall where there's enough space to wait until everything is ready to start playing.
Our game master Damian was very nice & speaks well English.

The reception customer service was terrible: we arrived 7 minutes too early & were send back with the message we should come on time.
That ruined the whole experience - unfortunately we had prepaid & could not cancel anymore.
The room itself is very nice & very big; it's doable for 2 experienced players.
It had a lot of special effects.
Although it was fun to play, it was not particularly more fun that other rooms that only cost half the price.

This was the most fun of the 4 rooms we played at exit19.
With 2 players, we needed about 75 minutes to escape (with 1 little clue).
The room is not located at their (overcrowded) main address, but at a much better location just next door. The reception there was much better there than by the overstressed staff at their main address.
Although the room was very nice, it's very expensive (double the price) compared to other escape rooms so we felt it was overpriced.

The problem is that they have a tiny overcrowded reception area: you have to come exactly on time or you are send back.
The room is nice & fun to play, but not worth the high cost they are charging.
You can find rooms that are as fun to play for half the price.

This was the most disappointing room we played in Poland. We were surprised by the high number of excellent review it gets.
The room is rather easy, most of the difficulty is because you're playing in the dark.
It wasn't scary either, just dark.
The host was more interested in her phone than on receiving us.
