I'm a true fan of the Harz Escape rooms and was accordingly really looking forward to this new adventure. And what can I say? My expectations were more than exceeded!
The room's story is simply fantastic. But what really blew me away was a particular twist that I obviously don't want to spoil here. Suffice it to say: The creators really made perfect use of every corner of the room!
We particularly enjoyed the smooth flow of the game. The puzzles were well thought out, and the clues provided helped us at just the right moments without giving away the solution. A big thank you also to our game master Julia, whose friendly and attentive manner perfectly rounded off the experience.
"The Watchmaker" has therefore easily catapulted itself into my personal top 5 (out of about 100 rooms played).
