Ve službě Lockme máte plnou kontrolu nad tím, kdo z vašich zaměstnanců dostává e-mailová oznámení. Namísto zasílání všech sdělení na jednu obecnou adresu můžete individuálně rozhodnout, kteří zaměstnanci budou mimo jiné informováni o nových rezervacích, zrušeních nebo zpětné vazbě od hráčů.
Important: To manage notifications for a specific employee, they must first be added to your company. If you haven’t done this yet, check out our guide: Accounts for co-workers.
Step 1: User settings
- Log in to the dashboard.
- In the left menu, under Company Data, select the Companies tab.
- Go to your company’s settings.
- In the top bar, go to the Users tab.
- Find the employee for whom you want to configure notifications in the list and expand their profile.

Step 2: Selecting the appropriate notifications
In the user panel, scroll down to the Notifications section. There you will find a list of messages. Check the boxes next to the options that the employee should receive via email:
- Reservation cancellation – notification when a game is canceled
- Change in reservation time or room – notification of changes to the visit.
- Reminder about payment for reservations – an alert (sent approx. 4–5 hours before the game) regarding an unpaid deposit or lack of full payment via the dashboard.
- New reservations – information about each new reservation.
- New features in Lockme – notifications about updates and new features in the system.
- New reviews – alerts about the latest reviews left by players.

Important note regarding permissions: You will receive notifications only for those branches to which you have been granted access (the corresponding checkboxes in the “Branches” section just above the notifications).
Step 3: Save changes
After selecting the appropriate options, make sure to save your configuration. Click the Save button in the bottom right or top right corner of the screen. The settings will take effect immediately.
