In this article, you will learn how to properly configure email sending for on-site payments. We will guide you through the panel settings and explain what additional steps are required on your domain to ensure messages are delivered correctly to your customers.
The e-mail sending function for on-site payment allows you to send messages to customers directly from your e-mail address. However, it requires additional configuration to work properly.
Where to find the settings?
You can find the settings in the company dashboard in the Departments section, after you enter edit the selected branch and go to the "Email settings when paying on visit" tab.

Here you need to fill in all the data necessary for sending to work:
- enable the requirement for confirmation of the e-mail address by the customer,
- set the time for e-mail confirmation (in minutes),
- sender e-mail address (Sender e-mail) from which messages will be sent,
- the name of the sender (Sender name), which will be visible to recipients.
Important: use an address in your domain
Set the sender address in your domain (e.g. [email protected]). Do not use addresses in the gmail.com domain, as Google blocks the ability to send messages through external mail servers. In this case, sending will not work properly.
DNS configuration
Just filling in the data in the panel is not enough. In order for the mailing to work correctly, add the appropriate DNS records in your domain. These records are generated individually, so contact us ([email protected]) so that we can prepare and upload them.

After receiving the data:
- add the _dmarc record as a modification of an existing record,
- add the other records (e.g. DKIM) as new domain entries,
- if you already have a default._domainkey record, please inform us before implementation.
Why is the configuration necessary?
Messages are sent from your email address, but through our servers. In order for mail providers (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo) to consider them secure, proper domain authentication through DNS records is required. As of February 2024, these requirements have been tightened. Without correct configuration, messages may not reach recipients or end up in spam.
