As part of your partnership with Lockme, you can choose from one of three widget options: Basic, Standard, or Plus. The Basic and Standard widgets are free, while the Plus version is available through a monthly subscription. The different versions vary in terms of available payment methods and how commissions are calculated. You can find details in this article.
Widget Standard
The standard widget is provided to all Lockme partners at no extra charge. Want to know where to find it? Check out our introductory article on booking widgets.
Payment forms available in the widget
The customer can choose between two forms of payment: electronic payment via the widget or cash/card on the spot.
Online payment
Online payments made through the standard widget are subject to the commission specified in the signed partner agreement.
On-site payment
By choosing on-site payment, the customer confirms that he/she will come and pay for the service at the time of use. No commission is charged for this form of payment.
Deposits and forced payment in the widget

Widget Basic
The Basic Widget is available at no additional cost and allows you to accept reservations exclusively with online payment.
Payment methods available in the widget
The Basic Widget supports only reservations with online payment.
Online Payment
This is the only payment method available in this plan. The customer makes the payment online during the booking process. A commission of 3.5% of the booking value is charged on each paid booking.
On-site payment
The payment on site feature is not available in this plan.
Deposits and forced payment in the widget
For deposits paid online under the Basic plan, a commission of 3.5% of the deposit amount is charged.
Widget Plus

Online payment
Online payment functionality is not available in this option.
On-site payment
