In this article you will find instructions for adding a room review on Lockme and what to do if you have problems publishing it.
To add a room review on Lockme, go to the profile of the selected room, then select the "Write Review" tab. The further process depends on the country for which you are adding a review.
Adding reviews in Poland
For rooms in Poland, you will need to connect your Facebook account in advance. After entering the "Write a review" tab, click "Connect with Facebook" and go through the login process. It only serves to confirm your identity and does not publish any content on your profile. After connecting your account, you can proceed to add a review.
Step 1: Basic information about the visit
In the first step, you need to complete:
- Title of the review
- The date of the visit
- Who was with you (optional field, you can indicate friends from Lockme)
In addition, you can expand the "More details about this visit" section, where you will find:
- Number of players
- The option to indicate whether you were able to escape the room

Then enter the content of the review in the "Review body" field. You can use BBCode to format the text. When you have completed all the information, click "Next".
Step 2: Detailed evaluation
In this step you specify:
- Room difficulty (evaluate whether the puzzles were easy, medium or challenging, taking into account the experience of your group)
- Custimer service (pay attention to the contact with the staff, introduction to the game and assistance during the game)
- Interior (evaluate the setting, immersion, storyline and overall impression)

After selecting the appropriate values, click "Next."
Step 3: Overall rating
In this step you choose an overall rating for the room on a scale of 1 to 10. Each rating has a description to help you match it to your impressions. It's a good idea to follow them so that the rating is consistent and clear to other users.
Additional options
At the end you can:
- add a private message to the escape room (this message is visible only to the owner of the room. It is not published publicly. You can write there, for example: more detailed feedback, technical comments or suggestions)
- add a photo of your visit (photos are also subject to moderation. This means that: they will not appear immediately after addition and may be rejected if they do not meet the rules)
Click "Submit review" to complete the process.
Adding reviews for other countries
The process of adding reviews looks the same as for Poland, except for the step of connecting your account to Facebook. After entering the "Write a review" tab, you can immediately go to the form and complete all the steps described above.
Moderation of reviews
All reviews published on Lockme are subject to moderation. Verification takes place on business days. This means that your review may not appear immediately after you add it and will be published after it is approved by a moderator.
