In this article, you will learn how to add an escape room available on Lockme to your trip plan in the Trip Planner. We will guide you step by step through the entire process, from selecting a room, through setting priority and time slots, to saving the event in your plan.

Step 1: Add a new event
Go to your planner in the "Planned escape rooms" section, then click the "Room (Lockme)" option. The window for adding a new room will open.

Step 2: Select a room
In the "Choose your room" box, select an escape room from the list of available rooms on Lockme. The list includes rooms with their name, company and location, making it easy to find the right game.

Step 3: Set the priority
Use the "Priority" slider to determine how important a room is to you (on a scale of 1 to 10). Priority affects how the scheduler:
- selects appointment times
- arranges the order of events in the planner
If you are not sure, you can leave the default value and change it later.

Step 4: Exclude hours
For a selected room, you can exclude hours that do not suit you on a particular day. To do this, select a day and then select the hours that the scheduler should skip when generating the schedule.

Step 5: Preview the details
After selecting a room, you will see additional information such as:
- location
- price
- number of players
- duration of the game
- room category
This makes it easy for you to see if a room fits your schedule.

Step 6: Save the event
After completing all the data, click the "Save" button to add the room to the schedule. The added room will appear in the list of events and will be taken into account when generating the schedule.
How to edit or delete a scheduled room?
If your plans have changed, you can edit or delete an added room at any time before the final schedule is generated. Locate the added room in the list. To the right of the event bar, you will find two icons:
- Edit: Click the pencil icon. This will reopen the configuration window where you can change the selected room, its priority or excluded hours. After making changes, remember to click "Save."
- Delete: Click the trash icon to completely remove this event from your schedule.

Scheduling vs. booking
Adding a room to your schedule is not the same as booking it. The selected dates may be occupied by other users in the meantime. Reservations can be made only after the plan is generated, directly from the list of scheduled events. Clicking the "Book" button will add the room to your shopping cart. You have 15 minutes to pay for the reservation.
