AdventureRooms ist ein Schweizer Unternehmen, das weltweit Abenteuerspiele anbietet. Das erste Spiel wurde im März 2012 als Schulprojekt von Gabriel Palacios gestartet, einem Physiklehrer aus Bern. Dieses Urspiel wurde als "Original" oder "Swiss Original" in 22 Ländern angeboten und gilt somit als eines der bekanntesten und meistgespielten Escape Rooms weltweit.
AdventureRooms war einer der ersten Anbieter von Escape Games überhaupt und hat die Entwicklung dieser Spiele geprägt durch die Einführung von Rätseln mit wissenschaftlichem Hintergrund (beispielsweise Rätsel mit Infrarotlicht, Polarisationsfiltern, Lichtspektren, Stroboskopen, usw.
Durch das 2013 begonnene Franchising hat sich diese Rätselart in Europa, Nordamerika und Australien ausgebreitet und mit anderen Einflüssen vermischt.
Eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technorama Winterthur führte zum Aufbau von zwei Spielen in den Ausstellungsräumen des Science Centers.
Auch im Naturhistorischen Museum Bern wurde anlässlich der Sonderausstellung "Weltuntergang" ein AdventureRooms-Spiel installiert.
Ein weiteres typisches Merkmal von AdventureRooms ist der "Duell"-Spielmodus, wobei zwei Mannschaften im selben Spiel gegeneinander spielen. Dieser Modus wird hauptsächlich von grossen Gruppen für Teambuilding genutzt.
2014 toppten auf der berühmten Bewertungsseite Tripadvisor AdventureRooms-Spiele in Kanada die Niagara Falls und in Athen die Akropolis, bevor das Bewertungssystem von Tripadvisor geändert wurde.
Im März 2019 gab es insgesamt 156 AdventureRooms-Spiele in 19 Ländern.
Die durchschnittliche Fluchtrate beträgt 30 %.

Für Einsteiger ist dieser Raum sicherlich ganz unterhaltsam. Meiner Begleitung gänzlich ohne Escape Room Erfahrung hat's jedenfalls ganz gut gefallen. Für mich war der Raum nett gestaltet aber etwas zu linear und von der Art der Rätsel (es geht immer nur um Zahlenschlösser) zu eintönig.

Genialny escape room! <3 Super się tutaj bawiłam.
Ten pokój nie ma właściwie żadnej fabuły, jest to czysta jazda bez trzymanki, taki misz-masz różnych rzeczy. Klimat zmienia się dosłownie z pokoju na pokój. Ta różnorodność jest bardzo przyjemna. Nie wiesz, czego się spodziewać za drzwiami. Jest część kooperatywna, część zręcznościowa i część abstrakcyjno-zabawowa.
Najtrudniejsza okazała się dla nas pierwsza zagadka, do której w końcu dostaliśmy podpowiedź. Potem już poszło szybko.
Zagadki są dość mocno oparte na nauce. Wykorzystują różne śmieszne urządzenia, mechanizmy i zjawiska, których raczej w innych escape roomach nie uświadczymy.
Escape room bardzo mi się podobał pod wieloma różnymi względami! :) Część zręcznościowa okazała się zaskakująco trudna, ale dawała też dużo satysfakcji. Było dużo fajnych zagadek i rozwiązań technicznych, ale jedna zagadka mnie totalnie zachwyciła. Była zupełnie innego typu niż zagadki zwykle spotykane w escape roomach, w której trzeba myśleć w specyficzny sposób.
W tym escape roomie zdecydowanie warto eksperymentować, bo wtedy odkryjemy więcej jego tajemnic. Dla osób próbujących różnych rzeczy są ukryte zabawne easter eggi! <3
BARDZO polecam połączyć wizytę w escape roomach z odwiedzeniem Technoramy i zarezerwować na to cały dzień (minimum!). Przy zakupie jednocześnie wejścia do escape roomów i do Technoramy jest spora zniżka :)
Technorama to taki szwajcarski odpowiednik warszawskiego Centrum Nauki Kopernik. Jest przecudowna <3 Można się w niej bawić i uczyć długimi godzinami, np. robić własne obwody elektryczne, własne chmury czy budować różne maszyny latające i sprawdzać, czy latają w powietrzu wydmuchiwanym przez gigantyczną dmuchawę. Jest ogromna sala luster i sala iluzji (nie tylko optycznych!), sala pełna silnych magnesów, sala, w której można robić doświadczenia z prądem i inne.

Brilliant escape room! <3 I had a great time here.
This room doesn't really have any plot, it's a pure roller coaster ride, such a mix-up of all kinds of things. The climate literally changes from room to room. This variety is very nice. You can never be sure what to expect on the other side of the door. There is a cooperative part, an arcade part and an abstract-play part.
The first puzzle turned out to be the most difficult for us, and we finally got a hint for it. Then it went fast.
The puzzles are quite science-based. There are various funny devices, mechanisms and phenomena rather hard to find in other escape rooms.
I really enjoyed the escape room in many different ways! :) The arcade part turned out to be surprisingly difficult, but it also gave me a lot of satisfaction. There were a lot of cool puzzles and technical solutions, but one riddle totally amazed me. It was of a completely different type of puzzle than usually found in escape rooms. You had to think in a specific way.
It is definitely worth experimenting in this escape room, because then you can discover more of its secrets. Fun Easter eggs are hidden for those who try different things! <3
I highly recommend visiting also Technorama and reserve a whole day for it (minimum!). There is a huge discount for buying the entrance to the escape rooms and Technorama at the same time :)

It is wonderful <3 You can play and learn for long hours, e.g. make your own electrical circuits, your own clouds or build various flying machines and check if they fly in the air blown by a giant blower. There is a huge hall of mirrors and a hall of illusions (not only optical!). You will find there a room full of strong magnets, a room where you can make experiments with electricity and more.

Ten escape room jest jedyny w swoim rodzaju. Naprawdę. To nie jest tak, że warto tu pójść. Jeśli masz się za fana escape roomów, to musisz tutaj pójść! :D
Koncepcja przewodnia jest prosta: jesteśmy ochotnikami testującymi wehikuł czasu. No co może pójść nie tak? :D
Motyw podróży w czasie jest cudownie oddany za pomocą różnych zabiegów, z których jeden szczególnie się zapisał w moim serduszku <3 Trudno coś więcej napisać, nie spoilerując, ale naprawdę można uwierzyć, że podróżujemy w czasie.
W kilku miejscach pokój zaskakuje. Zagadki są fajne, przyjemne i tchną świeżością. Nie ma tam nic wtórnego. Dużo zagadek wymaga pracy zespołowej. Niestety jedna kilkuelementowa zagadka nie działała, co odrobinkę zepsuło odbiór całości.
Sposób wychodzenia z escape roomu jest jednym z najoryginalniejszych, jakie kiedykolwiek widziałam.
Escape roomy są ulokowane w tym samym budynku co Technorama, ale wchodzi się innym wejściem – należy obejść budynek od lewej strony.
Pani z obsługi jest bardzo sympatyczna! :D Nie ma żadnego problemu z dogadaniem się, mówi dobrze i wyraźnie po angielsku.

This escape room is one of a kind. Really. It's not like it's worth going here... if you consider yourself fan of escape rooms then you have to come here! :D
The underlying concept is simple: we are time machine test volunteers. What can go wrong? :D
The theme of time travel is wonderfully shown through a variety of clever manipulations, one of which is especially awesome <3 It's hard to write anything more without spoiling, but you can truly believe that we travel in time.
The room is surprising in a few ways. The puzzles are very fun and fresh. There is nothing that I would find secondary or derivative. A lot of puzzles require teamwork. Unfortunately, one puzzle did not work, which slightly spoiled the general feeling.
The way out is one of the most original I have ever seen.
Escape rooms are located in the same building as Technorama, but you enter through a different entrance. You need to walk around the building, from the left.
The service lady is very nice! :D There is no problem with getting along, her English is very good and understandable.

Obwohl am Anfang nicht alles verständlich war, wurde die Fabel im Laufe der Zeit irgendwie erklärt. Es gab ein Element, dass ich unlogisch finde, ich will aber nicht spoilern. Das Ende war trotzdem sinnvoll. Ohne zu viel zu sagen: empfehlenswert, eher für Neulinge, aber auch nicht für's erste Mal.

Dieses Mal konnten wir eine ech ungewöhnliche Geschichte erleben. Die Rätsel sind in Ordnung, obwohl sie für meine Gruppe keine Herausforderung gewesen sind. Spannendes Thema!
