The darkness was thick and relentless, as if it had become a part of every moment. The room was cold and strangely silent, except for the same chime of the old clock mechanism that kept going on and on. The individual cells were empty, and the silence that reigned in them was broken only by the occasional sob of someone who was in the same hopeless situation as you.

You were here completely wrongly, the victim of a summary trial and a random arrest. Sentenced to death simply because you were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now you are imprisoned in a prison where the only certainty awaits you - the death penalty.

But you don't give up. You have only one chance to survive: escape. You look forward to every moment when the guard passes by your cell, whether it's several times a day or just once a day. You have to be patient, you have to wait for the right moment.

Days turn to darkness and nights to your narrow cell. You use every bit of your surroundings to find a way out. The tiny sharp stones you found in the cracks in the floor become your tools for liberation. Slowly but surely, you begin to work to break free from your shackles.
