What are booking statistics?
Booking statistics present data on customers' booking behavior. They allow you to analyze when and how users make reservations and what types of rooms are most frequently chosen.
The data is presented in the form of graphs and comparisons:
- your company's statistics
- global statistics for the entire market
Where to find booking statistics?
Statistics are available in the partner's panel, in the "Companies" tab, and then in the "Statistics" section.

Booking days and times
The chart shows on which days of the week and at what times customers most often make reservations.
This allows you to:
- better match room availability with the most popular dates
- identify hours with less traffic and introduce discounts
Day of order
Shows which days of the week users book most often.
It allows you to:
- identify the days with the highest traffic
- adjust marketing activities
Time of order
Shows at what times users make reservations.
You can use this to:
- determine the hours of highest customer activity
- adjust the hours of publication of social media posts
Number of bookings by room category
The chart shows the popularity of room categories, for example, horror, adventure or feature.
It allows you to:
- analyze customer preferences
- focus on promoting less popular categories
Number of bookings by number of people in a group
Shows how large groups book most often.
This allows you to:
- create offers tailored to group size
- assess the reasonableness of discounts for larger groups
