Within one company, you can open multiple departments that are in different locations, but still fall under one company.
How to add a new department?
- Log in to your company account, then go to the company panel.
- Go to the "Departments" > "Add" tab.
- In the "General" tab, fill in all the visible fields.
- Then go to the "Map" tab.
- If you do not know how to complete the data in the required fields, refer to the paragraph below.
- Remember to click "Create" after editing.
Department location
- The map with the location of the department is displayed in the company profile and in the profiles of the rooms attached to this department.
- The location of the department should be given in latitude and longitude. The exact address can be converted to the indicated values on LatLong.net.
- If you are a Lockme partner, you can also upload your own map to help your customers reach the Escape Room. The map will be displayed in the booking confirmation email.
