Cooperation! This is how I would describe this room. It is very much needed to finish the game and it is the aspect that takes you through the whole game.
Nice visuals, some quite original puzzles here, nice decorations. Loved the second part of the game although there was one puzzle we got a little sweaty during that and it was pretty tricky to finish but we managed after all without any problem. You don't need to use a radio in this game because it is very doable. I would say the difficulty is medium as most of the games from Exit19 which is good.
Can recommend this game if you like thriller themed games.
Have to take one star down for the customer service as it really gets crowded when there are two groups starting at the same time. The game itself is a 10, a regular 10 as nothing to complain + everything works fine.

Wow this game is cute. Great atmosphere. You really feel like in a volcano and in a deep forest. Really enjoyed this game. Lots of funny puzzles and lots of original ones. At start it seems there is nothing to do but once you get going the whole 60 minute fun starts.
And you can tell who the audio guide is here thorought the game just by the name of the game hehe. I would say this is more of a relaxing game if you are on the escape game weekend in Wroclaw so this is the one you will have fun and not fry your brain too much.
Would definitely visit a similar game again. Gamemaster great.

Probably the least favourite game of our escape game weekend in Wroclaw. But yeah that doesn't mean this game is bad. It just doesn't hit the qualities other games had. Still the game is 8 or 9 out of 10 for us but there are some details that keep it from being a full 10.
Overall the game is good. High quality game. I would say it is bit harder than other games. Maybe too overcomplicated clues sometimes. Atmosphere is great. Visuals are good but I guess I like visuals more in the Dragon Island. Very original approach to lots of clues here.
There is an aspect of the game that is unusual if you are an experienced player. Not gonna say specifically not to spoil it. When asked the gamemaster about it they said it is inteded. Okay with that. Just unusual.

Second best game from Exit19.pl after the Abandoned Hotel. I think it's one of their newest games and this fact is visible in the game. The visual and sound effects in this game are top notch! The amount of work put into this game is palpable in the game and that is very good. We really enjoyed this game, had fun and excitement.
We played the English version and I have to say the English in the game is perfect - they probably hired a non-polish guy to do the voiceacting and that's a big plus. One of the best adventure themed rooms we played. If you're staying in Wroclaw for more than one day definitely add this game to your schedule.

Absolute highligh of our escape game weekend in Wroclaw. Just... wow!
This is the peak of escape gaming. I was very curious to see what makes this game so good and damn we were blown away. Our whole group was. The reviews were true. This is absolute must if you are an escape game enthusiast or a game creator. Mandatory!
This is the ETALON of thriller games and I will compare every other game with the similar theme to THIS.
No need to say anything more. Come here and experience it yourself. It's worth it.

Příjemná hra

Příjemná hra, ideální pro začátečníky. Nicméně i přesto, že to byla naše 81. hra tak nás dokázala překvapit a obsahovala originální prvek, který jsme předtím nikde neviděli. Hráli jsme i druhou hru Ústředna, která tady na lock.me zatím není, ale pokud si ji sem přidáte tak ji pak také orecenzuji. Ta se mi líbila nakonec více z těchto dvou od Exit Room Prostřejov. Ale chronologicky je lepší zahrát si Ateliér první a pak Ústřednu, ať si ten lepší zážitek necháte na konec. Slečna jako gamemaster taky bez problémů takže doporčuju.

Tuhle hru si moc dobře pamatujeme. Byli jsme totiž kousíček od rekordu, kdy jsme byli schopni hru projít téměř bez žádné nápovědy nebo tuším bez nápovědy úplně, akorát na konci jsme se trochu zasekli a tím nám rekord utekl. Ale nejde o to hru hrát na rekord, ale užít si ji a tuhle jsme si užili maximálně.
Hra samotná dobře udělaná, v té době jsme tady zažili originální věci, které jsme předtím nikde jinde neviděli, takže to určitě není jen o klíčcích a zámečcích. Už hned jen začátek je VELMI originální a doteď jsme se podobným přístupem nesetkali.
Gamemasterka skvělá, probrali jsme celou hru a prošli zpětně úkoly a bylo super. Rozhodně doporučuji a marně vyhlížíme novou hru, abychom mohli zase přijet ;)

Hru jsme hráli ještě v jejích počátcích, tuším že jsme byli něco jako betatesteři. Přišlo mi, že tato hra v centru Ostravy je lepší než hra Najdi Jacka v Porubě. Je o něco dělší než Najdi Jacka, víc úkolů tuším i trasa je delší. Určitě fajn na letní procházku. Občas tam byla nějaká chybka, ale věřím, že se všechny podařilo ošetřit než pak šla do ostrého provozu.

Hra by potřebovala aktualizovat

Hra je již neaktuální. Obsahuje bohužel úkoly, které se už nedají splnit. Očekával bych když je hra stále v prodeji, že prvky, které už ve hře nejsou nebo se nedají splnit tak budou upraveny nebo nahrazeny novými úkoly, ale to se bohužel neděje. Přes jeden úkol se nedá ani dostat. Ani při zobrazení nápovědy a správné odpovědi se odpověď nedá zapsat, hra píše, že je odpověď špatně. Takže se vlastně zaseknete a nedá se posunout dál a hru dokončit a dohrát. Doporučuji hru upravit nebo ji stáhnout úplně z prodeje. Je to škoda.

Where to start...
1. Up to this day the game is offered in English so I expect the game to be in English. Well I was mistaken. Almost every text or a hint in the game is in Polish. Why? Funny thing is that the gamemaster called me before the game saying that if its okay the intro to be in Polish due to technical problems and that the game is in English. Lie again. Not to mention that the gamemaster was talking in Polish at the start. In these days of AI how hard is it to translate few texts and put them in the game? Why offer the game in English then? You better remove that option from the game here on Lockme right now unless you want me to report it.
2. The room is very cold in the winter. I'd expect to get an email saying we should get warm clothes. The only info I got was that I can get dirty.
3. Constantly tipping over the rocks on the floor. I almost fell 3 times because the floor is uneven and the tiles are big and reaching out. Definitely not a safe place to play a game. Especially when you are in constant darkness all the time.
4. The game itself is very poor and cheap. Barely any electronic devices, no high-tech. Just padlocks and old furniture. Seemed like a game from 2011.
5. Just a bunch of puzzles thrown in the room. No order. No linearity. If this is how you make the game "hard" then you succeded but this kills the flow of the game and puzzles fluently following one another.
6. I liked the start of the game I have to tell and the atmosphere felt really good at the start but then it got boring and this is the first room we havent escaped after playing 80 escape games. Mainly because of the language barrier and the constant darkness.
7. Puzzles in this game were secondary. This room focuses primarly on the atmosphere and that didn't fit.
8. No chat after the game. I was amazed how gamemaster just said "thank you" after the game and that was it. Then just looked at us until we left. Basically telling us that we should go already. Ridiculous.
Conclusion: The game seems rushed, cheap and poor. Someone just said "lets make a good atmosphere game" but lets not focus on the puzzles. 340 PLN for this? Definitely not a good value for the money. Didnt feel good. Didnt feel welcome. The gamemaster wasnt good. Felt like we are bothering them. Remove the English option and save yourself the trouble from future foreign gamers.
