Quality of the room overshadowed by a terrible game master

This room had the potential to be a lot of fun, but it’s very hard to appreciate its strengths when the game master experience was this poor.
Our GM was constantly talking to us and guiding us step by step through what to do next, basically from the very beginning. We finished the room with time to spare, so I really don’t understand why she felt the need to rush us throughout the game. On top of that, she was rude and obnoxious, and didn’t seem to be in character at all — which is especially disappointing in a room where immersion is such an important part of the experience.
But the worst part was that we unintentionally figured out how several of the puzzles work. spoiler Some puzzles have to be activated manually by the game master once the players solve something. You wanna know how I know this? Because at least three puzzles were activated JUST BEFORE we solved them. spoiler I don’t mind this kind of mechanism at all, but it requires a game master who is actually paying attention to the players and their progress, which this room was lacking.
Since this was a birthday outing, the experience was even more sad and disappointing. And honestly, I don’t think the blame lies solely with the GM — it’s also on "THE ROOM Berlin". When the price is this high, the service should be of a much higher standard.
