This was the first room that me and my friends visited during our summer stay in California. I have already been in quite many escape rooms before, but this was relatively new experience for most of my friends (they either did none or just a few before).
This room had really nice production value, decorations were looking really well, I think this was the strongest side of this escape room. We were also shown introductory movie before the game that was well prepared as well.
Riddles were quite nice and logical. Room was mostly linear (but not completely) which I am not a fan of, especially if room is allowed for 6 people. I think number of riddles could be increased. Level of difficulty was not too high, we managed to escape in 36 minutes.
This was a really nice experience, my friends definitely liked it and they were eager for more. As a result we visited Sorcerer's Sanctum which we liked even more and Joker's Asylum that was THE BEST ESCAPE ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN (my counter is at 92 escape rooms currently). However these 3 games were during 3 different visits, not all in one day :). As kind of a pioneer of writing reviews on USA version of lockme let me make use of the grading scale adjusted to explanations associated with them. I grade it 8/10, I think "This room was very good - I had a great time playing and enjoyed every aspect of it." describes well our experience, however on Polish site where grades are highly inflated, I would rate it probably 9/10 or even 10/10 ;p.
By the way, it is not true that this company uses public booking as indicated here (which is obviously good).
