Ordering a voucher

• How long is the Lockme voucher valid?

  Our vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. You have to book a visit during this time. The visit itself can take place later.

• How long will I wait for a voucher to be delivered?

  The voucher in PDF form is sent immediately after payment, to the e-mail address provided by the customer. The waiting period for a PDF message is a few minutes, depending on the speed of booking the funds.

• Can I order several vouchers in one order?

  Of course. Under one order you can order an unlimited number of vouchers.

• Can I print the voucher myself?

  Of course - our vouchers can be printed at home, on any printer and on any type of paper, depending on your preferences.

Using a voucher

• Is the list of escape rooms constant?

  No. Lockmes offer is dynamic and changing. On this page you will always find information about what rooms are currently on offer

• What is the difference between live cam escape room voucher and the voucher for stationary rooms in Poland?

  Depending on the voucher you have, you can book different rooms. There is an information on the voucher about exactly what part of the offer it is for.

• Can I order a room in a currency other than the one on my voucher?

  No. You can book rooms with prices in the same currency as your voucher.

• How do I pay for my order using the voucher?

  When filling the order form in the basket, simply select the "Use Lockme voucher" option and provide the voucher details (code and security number). If the amount from the voucher covers the entire value of the order, after providing this data, it will be automatically paid, and we will send a confirmation of the booking to the email. However, if the amount from the voucher covers only part of the price of the booking, the system will automatically generate the missing amount and send you to convenient online payment to be able to pay the difference.

• Can I use the voucher several times?

  If the amount on the voucher allows several orders to be placed, then yes. The voucher can be used until funds have been exhausted. It is very important to remember its expiry date.
